New Visualization on Covid-19 Search Trends (Updates Coming Soon)

This week we launched a new project, Searching Covid-19, which explores search patterns related to the coronavirus pandemic. We'll be updating the project with more interactivity and international data in a couple of weeks. Searching Covid-19 is a collaboration between Schema, Google News Initiative, and Axios, with art direction by Alberto Cairo.
The Covid-19 pandemic is a devastating global crisis with unsettling levels of uncertainty. How does the virus spread? How will we pay the bills? What will happen next? Searching Covid-19 uses US Google Trends data to visualize our waves of interest in Covid-19. Explore the visualization to find insights into our search interests, and check back for updates.
